  • Significant time, strategy, creative work, and technical implementation are invested into each project

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, partial refunds, or cancellations once work has commenced.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • Landing pages
  • Automations
  • Consulting services
  • Strategy sessions
  • Digital deliverables
  • Custom integrations
  • Any additional upgrades or custom work

Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, content, feedback, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays from the client side do not qualify for refunds.
